This camper has been upgraded and is in great condition. New Canvas, new awning (has zipper for screen room), new screen room (attaches with velcro), new spare tire, new hardware, new door lock, new rear light covers, two burner stove, refrigerator, sink, battery box, eleectrical cord for hook up in park, drapes. The screen room is still in the bag and never opened, the awning was dropped down open for these pictures. I've never used the burners, refrigerator or sink but I see no reason for them not to work. There is a 500.00 deposit with in 24 hours pay with cash or paypal and the remainder when the camper is picked up with 5 days of purchase. The deposit is non refundable. This camper is a 1980. I had a port a potti in it under the dinning area seat, there is an opening to place one in there if you want, It has an opening I made to pull out the tank for emptying rather than pull out the full potti.
