Ad details:
As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you would be assigned to support at least one, and up to 5 members of the sales staff. Your duties will include:
*Maintaining their daily schedule
*Reviewing customer emails, answering emails or forwarding those that need the attention of the salesperson
*Arranging travel accommodations
*Processing orders and monitoring the progress of orders through the fulfillment process
*Send follow-up emails to customers with pre-set content
*Other administrative duties as assigned by your sales-staff member(s) or the manager of the Virtual Assistant program
